I just took my CNA test last week and was tested on 5 skills. Everybody was tested on hand washing and communication. The other 3 skills are ones that you randomly pick from cards that are spread out on the table. The skills I picked were back rub, pulse, and range of motion (upper body). I was very nervous about the skills portion of the test, but it wasn't as bad as I thought. I passed everything. Basically, you perform hand washing (skill 1) and then you pick skills 2-4 from a card. Throughout all of the skills, you are being tested on how well you communicate with the patient (skill 5). Good luck!
