Does anyone know what we need to bring the first day? Do we need all the books the first day?

Thank you both for replying. I know somethings we don't get until the first dayof class. What kind of supplies is everyone buying? (Will a five subject work or do we need separate notebooks). Thank you!!

Does everyone have 3 things marked incomplete under the certified background to do list? I feel like I'm forgetting to do something.

Has anyone scheduled a CPR course? I went on the american heart website but there is several options to pick from. Do we need a certain class?

I have a question about the immunizations maybe you will know. I got my record from my doctor but my shots go back atleast 10 years, I finished all my required ones, do you know if they expire in 10 years or so. Or how often they need to be updated?

I believe we take the TEAS test but from what I have heard we schedule it so its not taken the day of orientation. Its for the teachers to see were the students stand, not like a pass or fail type test. This is what I have been told by students however, so I could be wrong. Does anyone know what hospitals we can pick from for clinicals. Ive viewed the list on the HEC nursing website and All Childrens and St Pete General are on that list but I have also seen another list that did not include those two hospitals.

Do we have to get our fingerprints done by Nov 14th?

We do pay for the background check, I went ahead and did it. I would prefer day classes, I hope we can pick but I am not sure how that all works.I have no idea what to expect at orientation but im pretty sure we have to wait to register at orientation. Do we have to do any testing does anyone know?
