  1. Hey everyone!! I just got my results... I passed w/ 265 questions!! I AM SO HAPPY!!! Thanks to everyone who gave me advice throughout the studying and test taking process. I appreciate it alot. Good luck to everyone else!!! :balloons: :chuckle
  2. Well.. just took the exam... it went to 265 questions. I am thinking I definately failed. I was guessing alot.. i had a ton of med questions (no calculations though which are cake), alot of disease process (like 20 ?'s on TB), and alot or prioritization. I found the test to be harder than the CAT review or the kaplan review. I'm pretty discouraged right now, I know the official results wont be available for 2 days, but I'm just going with the gut feeling right now. Good luck to everyone else taking them! STUDY!!! ~ Brian
  3. I have taken the test like 6 times in the past 2 days.. I consistently am getting around a "92-94% of passing the NCLEX Exam." Do you think this is an accurate measure of a person's ability. I am still scoring in the 65 range though on other practice tests. I am feeling much more confident about taking the exam, which is scheduled for Wednesday, Jan 5th than I was before. Most people are giving positive encouragement, and advising me to not put it off and just to go for it. Well... let me know what you guys think, is the CAT good at predicting Nclex success. Did anyone score high on the CAT and fail?? ~ Brian
  4. Hey everyone... I am scheduled to take the NCLEX on Wednesday... I graduated on Dec 20th from Northeastern's direct entry program in Boston, MA. I am having a ton of anxiety about this test. I already have a job lined up, but I am scared to take the test b/c I dont want to risk failing and having to wait the 3 months to retake it. I just took Mosby's CAT test online and it said I have a 92% chance of passing the NCLEX. I felt like I was guessing alot though. Should I take the test??? Or should I study more and maybe take a class? I have just been doing questions in the Kaplan book and looking over the Mosby review book. Please give me some advice, I'm wicked unsure of what to do right now!!! Thanks, Brian
