We give a written reportand give a oral repot off of it. It helps to write everything ppertinent dow in another color ik for yor shift and report is read and left for referrence. I personally have my own personal notebook that I use for my own use. I take it home w/me. I have every notebook for the past 9 yrs.

I'm in Ohio. Make 13.10/hr in LTC. I wor 8 hrs and get paid for 8, Every miutes after is time and a half. Holidays and brithdys are double time. If you work 12 hrs and come back the next scheduled shift that shift is also time and a half. I made $32,000. last yr 4 days a week and picking up extra shifts and doubles. We get raises 2 x/yr and bonuses every 3 months. I LOVE MY JOB!! I LOVE MY JOB!! ------------------
