  1. Fraudulant charge, should I still apply?

    Hi, I have a old charge from 2003 of fraudulant use of credit card (which is a felony). Well that was almost 10 yrs ago. I have values in life now (children) and I actually haven't been arrested or gotten into any more trouble since than. Adjudication was withheld, and I was given 2 yrs probation for. I was released from probation early due to good behavior. I was not convicted but I did plead no contest. With that being said, I am considering joining the LPN program in January 2013. The application deadline in the beginning of September. My question is, will the FL board of nursing over look my charge, or will they refused to licenser me after completion of the program because of that charge?
