    I teach both and basic algebra is useful in statistics (algebra 1) but no more than that.

    Hi Everybody, sorry for barging into the conversation. I'm not a nurse, but I am a math professor. If anyone ever has a question regarding one of these algebra or statistics course, feel free to drop me a message. I know it can be tough taking math after having been out of school for a while or during the summer when the pace is much quicker, so I'd just like to help out when I can. John
