The great part about a Nursing License is ,they Travel.. 😊😊and Nurses DON'T and shouldn't have to put their license in jeopardy..if something happens to the patient such as fatal med error, or a fall resulting in a major injury, the family or the state don't wanna hear how short staffed you were.... atleast he knew NOT to punch in then it would have become abandonment... it's not about what job will you go to, it's about which one will you pick because that's how plentiful nursing options are, the grass may not be greener on the other side BUT at least you can still make some green still having your license instead of jobs trying to put you in risky conditions and situations that they wouldn't place their license in.... folks throw around the word FIRED like that's a scary word😂😂😂

Can a DON just suspend a Nurse if they came in 50 minutes before their shift, look at the assignment, the floor is very short staffed, with 2 nurses and 48 patients, 5 aides ,on call is called , no resolution to the situation , it's just basically, it is what it is, the nurse hadn't punch in and asked the oncall to consider this a call in and left back out of the building 10 minutes after entering.. but recieve a phone call later in the evening stating Suspension pending further investigation... what could possibly be being investigated?? Its not abandonment, it's 50 minutes before shift, he hadn't punched in...

Hi all, Please please please help me, I failed Peds and fortunately I was able to take it again without sitting out like most schools... but the math is a real problem for me.. I've tried and tried and just can't seem to catch on... I can't fail again or I'm out of the program.. I need help.. my professor is really no help.., classmates just worry about themselves... I just want to give up and remain a LPN.

Hi I'm currently a LPN for the last 5 years.. I've taken fingerprints and background checks and everything has been fine... anyway I've taken fingerprints last week for an RN program and I learned my FBI fingerprints didn't check out too well I have been arrested twice in the early 2000 for "domestic violence " and they were both dismissed but like I said I was arrested but since then I've been a CNA and I'm currently a LPN.. I'm hoping this doesn't stop my chances of starting school... I'll be devastated.. so I had to sign for the school to get my rap sheet and I was honest listing the 2 arrests... I'm just so scared☹️☹️☹️

TWO OF MY CLASSMATES PASSED THE NCLEX AND TWO DIDNT THE REST I AM NOT SURE ABOUT....I TAKE MY NCLEX NEXT WEEK:bluecry1: I AM VERY, VERY SCARED AND NERVOUS, I ALREADY KNOW TO PRAY, BE CALM, THINK POSITIVE AND READ EVERY QUESTION... I HAVE NEVER BEEN A GOOD TEST TAKER NEVER, I HAVE BEEN DOING THE DISKS FROM SAUNDERS, EXAM CRAM AND DOING ATI AS WELL AS KAPLAN..... I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO KEEP STUDYING......
