  1. I am a medical assistant and I recently looked into going back to school to get my RN. Every school here ( kansas) says that I need to have my CNA first. I have more medical training than a CNA, so I dont understand why I cant just take the certification test. I understand the class hours and clinicals, but I did all that with my MA certification. Can anyone help me, I dont want to have to pay more money for a class I really shouldnt need.
