Hello, everybody...Ive been a CM for an insurance company for 3 yrs and now im terribly bored with same-o sam-o everyday. The sad part is I dont know where to go or what to do after this. So, please help me out--where do you work, what specifics do you do in your CM life? are you happy and love your job? Maybe I can get an idea and would want to be in your shoes too!!! Hello,I have a friend that worked there..She said it was great until the time they moved to Optum.It went downhill from there. You cant leave your desk--you have to put in a code if you leave like breaks or lunch--you are expected to meet an impossible metrics.There is a lot of DO THIS not NOT THAT!...You have to be a superfast typer and fast caller--no quality --only quantity of members youve called matters..they give you sooo littile support but a HUGE amount of EXPECTATIONs and responsibilites If you think you are okay to be tied up on a desk and you can record pee breaks,etc then youll love the job...my friend forgets shes a nurse--she thought shes a call agent !..
