  1. Inpatient Pre-op Checklist

    PACURN2010 posted a topic in PACU
    Our PACU also does Pre-op Check-in including Inpatient. We are looking for ways to revamp our Pre-op/Pre-Procedure Checklist to make the process more user friendly for the RNs on the units that are supposed to be completing this. I was wondering if any of you have a good system and/or a good Pre-op/Pre-Procedure Checklist I could take a look at? Thank you :)
