  2. HI guys! i'm a newbie here and will be needing as much input from you. I've worked in long term, snf and subacute unit f0r almost 5 years and doing supervisory for these past 2 years. Now, i have an offer to work in a hospital as a DOU case manager. I'm excited but at the same time apprehensive coz i don't have that much experience with acute patients. The one who interviewed me was very uplifing/ encouraging enough stating i wouldn't have much of a problem since i do have experience managing/dealing with families, staff etc and that everything can be learned since there's a guideline and i will be trained as well. Any books or advice you can share that could help me?:icon_roll
