yeah moving is my last resort. I have gotten 4 job offers since i graduated but once they see the "yes" next to board action they don't hire me. I've spoken to the BON and all they say is be honest and upfront on your interviews, which i have done but it doesn't help. They don't honor expungments, once you agree to something with them there's not much else you can do. I will be writing a letter to see how i can clean my license after that i'm just going to apply for my NY license and commute.

No, its not probation its just a public document saying in order for the board to grant my license i agree that i was dishonest about the arrest and conviction to the BON and it becomes a public document. I have no restrictions on my license or anything.

I'm a new RN in nj graduated may 2011, im having trouble finding a job, because i had to sign a consent order to get my license for not telling the board about a shoplifting arrest which was amended to a noise violation in 2010. I have had it expunged off my record march 2012 and i still cant get a job. I dont know wha to do any advice?
