    I'm 36 and plan on enrolling in the fall for prereq for RN. I am taking my CNA right now because I would like to start working in a hospital to gain experience and I am sure I will learn a lot of things along the way. Does anyone know if there is a pay difference between a patient care technician and CNA? I plan on working 3rd shift to get shift differential. If anyone has any insight on this please let me know, thank you.
