    I am completely deaf in my left ear due to a surgery to correct meniere's disease. I am young for having the disease (25), but I am already feeling it start to surface in my right ear as well. I was trying to take blood pressure the other day, and couldn't hear a single pulse. I have 80% hearing in my "good" ear. Any suggestions for a good hearing impaired stethoscope? My money isn't growing on trees just yet, but I am willing to get the best possible. Thanks!
