Hi, my name is Nital . I want to move from Ontario to Manitoba. In process of tranfering the licences from Ontario to Manitoba , CPLMN asking for vulnerable police check . But they did not provide the form for vulnerable police check signed form from CPLMN. Here Toronto police asking the signed form from Manitoba. when I speak to CPLMN staff they told me they did not provide any form to Toronto police. so it's difficult for me to get Vulnerable police check without form. so anybody can help me to how to get Vulnerable police check for transferring licences to Manitoba
