  1. Hello i'm looking for some help/advice here. for the past 5 years i've been working in an Orthopedic Trauma unit as a band 5 nurse and for the past 6 weeks i have been giving the oppurtunity to act up to the band 6 role which i'm really enjoying. I have since applied for the permanant post. I've been asked to do a 10minute presentation on "As a new Band 6 for the Trauma Unit being mindful of the need to support the Senior Charge Nurse in their role, name 3 objectives you would set for yourself in your first 6 months in post and how you would go about achieving them." i was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction as to what i'm expected to cover. many thanks
