  1. Hi all! Currently working on some research regarding hospital wide resource RN. This RN is intended to work along side the hospital supervisor and will not be taking patients. They will be solely used as a resource nurse throughout the hospital to help units with shortages, influx of admits/discharges, rapids/codes, sepsis alerts, etc. This job can be very beneficial hospital wide. However it can also lead to a position that is not very productive if it is not created correctly. What I want to do is gather some info from others. In your experiences with this role, what are some good things and bad things you have seen with RNs in this role? If you have any other input I would love to hear from you!
  2. I called. She is in a meeting and she is supposed to call me back...
  3. Hey everyone! I am STILL waiting on my letter. I don't know if I got in or not. But I do have a question...I saw someone post that the cut off was 186. I got 194. What does that mean in regards to acceptance? Also not I live in a different county. Since I haven't received it yet, could that mean I was not accepted? Maybe it will be in the mail tomorrow! *fingers crossed*
