  1. moving to bristol area

    Hi everyone! I currently live in CT, my husband wants to move to TN to be closer to family. We would be moving to the bristol/johnson city area. I'm currently a cardiac RN (BSN), and was wondering how nursing is in TN. we dont have LPNs up here and from what ive read on here so far TN does have LPNs, what do they do? whats the job differance btwn RN and LPNs on the floors? i currently make $40/hr, ive been a nurse for 5yrs, i know itll be a pay cut, but whats average? how are benefits? do any hospitals offer childcare? any suggestions for where to avoid? sorry for all the questions, and thank you in advance to anyone who answers!!!
