  1. Hey I wanted to apply to BCC's RN program. Can someone help me with the steps to apply? Thanks a bunch I'm very confused on what I need to do. ?
  2. Thanks everyone for your input!!! I'm going to apply for about 4, 5 programs in my area so I'll have a couple of programs to choose from. I have an A in AP I and II, I should be getting an A for Micro too (I will find out in 3 weeks after my semesters over). I failed chem so ill have to retake that in the spring, and most likely get an A after I retake it. I don't think my grades will be a problem, but the entrance exams are what scares me. Most of the schools in my area want either the TEAS or HESI done. Any tips or study guides you used? Thanks a lot in advanced
  3. I'm almost done with my pre-nursing courses. And because nursing applications deadlines are coming closer and closer, and I was wondering how many schools I should apply for. I just don't want to only apply for a couple of schools and not get accepted, when if I applied to such-and-such school I would get accepted. I know many people don't get in on their first shot but how many different schools did you apply for before starting a nursing program?
  4. I'm currently finishing up chem 101 for summer u and then I'll apply for the evening nursing for BCC. I didn't apply yet but does anyone know of any good books to get to study for the HESI or what portions are generally harder for most people? And how soon did you know you were accepted into the program?
  5. Thanks. I think the day and night nursing is the same amount of time, but for the night you need all your non-nursing classes done before you apply (that's what I have been told atleast). I am taking chem in the summer so I hope chem will be fresh in my mind, and as far as A&P goes I am doing great there. I figured the night sessions would be easier but I just wanted to ask. How is the program so far for you?
  6. I was wondering what RN program you are in for BCC, day or night? By the end of the summer U I will be done with all my classes except the actual nursing classes. I hope to apply for the night nursing classes. Any advice? Thanks!
