  1. I am a recent new grad and licensed in Nevada as an RN. I was fortunate in that I have a misdemeanor DUI from about 2 years ago, prior to becoming an RN, and was able to obtain licensure without probationary status. My question is what should I expect if I apply for license by endorsement to another state such as California or Oregon? Is it possible I could receive a license yet be under probationary status? I am only looking to obtain licenses in these states to have options open if an opportunity becomes available. Would it possibly be better to wait so that more time has elapsed by to applying? Any assistance is appreciated.
