  1. Thanx Stephalina I happen to live down the street from the West Palm Beach campus, is that a flexible program of strictly full time? I explored South University, it's an BSN RN program in 16 months but have to commit full time mon-fri 9-4 and roughly about 40+k, I need to be able to at least work full time
  2. I had applied for the Fall 2012 Fulltime ADN RN Program, there is a second application for the Spring deadline October. The only thing this college offers is Grade Forgiveness, where I can retake any F's or D' grades and replace them, but I would spend another two years and lots of money doing that. My only other option right now is either commuting an hour north of me or an hour south of me to State Colleges that offer a bit more lenient entrance requirements and affordable, but that would be a TWO year commitment of commuting for the entire program/clinicals as early as 5am....or attending Keiser down the road from me...and spending $40K+...which I really can't afford....I am really torn
  3. I am so confused and hope I can get some suggestions here. I attended college over 25 years ago, have an A.S in Computers, my gpa then was horrible 2.25 and 85% of those courses are not even applicable towards my A.A. or a nursing degree =( After a life changing experience, my 8 year old was diagnosed with cancer, I quit my executive assistant job earning $55K and dedicated myself to being her caregiver for three years. MY daughter is now in remission and a thriving 12 year old. I just completed my AA Degree in hopes of pursuing Nursing, my dilemna, my CUM GPA is still horrible now 2.59, and it is really hindering any chances of getting into an affordable nursing school. Little did I know that I couldn't start with a clean slate!I was just denied at PBSC, I didn't meet the point cut off. I really don't want to do a private college with a $50K+ debt. I live an hour north of BCC and an hour South of IRSC, which are options I am exploring? ANY else have a CUM GPA issue? I was hoping to do FAU BSN program, but again my CUM GPA is the issue. I am beginning to feel discouraged.
