    I am looking for a more flexible job, and hoping to find something where I could telecommute from home. I have been a nurse for 5 years, working mostly in long term care and rehab. From the research I've done, it sounds like insurance companies sometimes hire nurses for telecommuting positions? Any suggestions on good companies to work for? I live in the Green Bay, WI area and can't seem to find much locally. Is it possible to get hired just straight telecommuting from the start, if I don't yet have any telephonic nursing experience? Any advice would be welcome! I did a few searches here, but most of the threads were old.
