PBSD what a name for an employment test. cleveland clinic has this test for all new incoming employees. i find it very hard. i am not a good test taker and this test is given in the application process. i have worked in my field for over 20 years and now i have to test out to be employed. i still am not sure if the stress is worth it. i am also a traveler and am changing agencies, taking a break for one month and going back to work for the same hospital. i was just informed that i must take this test upon returning, the impression given is pass it work, fail it unemployed.
