    Hello, I will be starting my capstone in the MICU in a few weeks and was asked to write 10 objectives/goals I will love to achieve during the capstone. I have not had a clinical experience in the MICU. Please, I need help with coming up with realistic, practical, skill-specific goals because I intend to work in the MICU upon graduation. I really will like to make a very good impression. What skills and procedures proficiency is necessary to be effective in the MICU setting? Thank you for your response.
