  1. Thanks for your response. They told me they had accepted other courses but not Chemistry. So I was reluctant to register. It's just fustrating when they tell won't know until they do the transfer evaluation. I also was referred to portage learning thru Northeastern University for their accelerated RN prg.
  2. Anyone have any current reviews or advice for Portage learning by Geneva College. I like to take a Chemistry course to transfer to UMASS in Boston. The school via email did not give me alot info. They told me they have accepted students by Portage but not Chemistry and won't know until they do a transfer evaluation. I don't want to take it and have them not accept the course. Any thing you know or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
  3. I am looking into either the traditional BSN or accel BSN. Anyone want to share how either the schedules are like in either program? I have heard people are able to work during the program but that is different from person to person. I have a toddler and can't go without working. Would be great to get a sense of how the schedule is like or if anyone has a similar situation.
  4. I have a BS degree in Health Sciences and looking into a nursing career. However all of my science classes are over 5 years old or have a C in it so basically I have to retake everything. Being a mom and having to work full time,is not easy. Any advice if pursuing a nursing degree is worth it and only route I have is going to a community college and earn an AS degree first because they have part time/ evening classes and then go towards a online BSN. Any advices or suggestions?
