Not sure if I should continue
Hello Everyone, I'm an RPN/LPN student in Ontario just finishingup first semester. Alittle Background about me, I was born with C.P and walk with a slight limp. I have always wanted to become a nurse so I decided to go for it. I got cleared by my doctor before the program started. While I was in the program, I learned that my license can be restricted or even taken away if I'm not deemed Fit enough by a "fitness nursing committee. So I'm like super worried if I should continue this career path or not. I have been in clinical placement (nursing home) and passed all the requirements by doing all my ADL's. Feeding, bathing, and dressing clients etc but I don't if I will be accepted in a workplace and most importantly keep my license if they see I have a physical disability. Any input is appreciated:)

undecided:(
I'm currently finishing up my math course and getting ready to biology and chemistry through the ACE program but still undecided weather I want to take the RPN route or the RN route. should I just drop biology and chemistry and wait til September to take pre-health and go from there?

Coworker nurse trying to ruin my reputation...
whao! that is a very serious situation! if i were you i would talk to her in private and be like " if you don't stop i will take my time off work and sue you for defamation of character and emotional distress" you can do that! i remember watching an episode of judge Pirro where these 2 Drug dealers sued each other! the buyer didn't like the stuff he bought from the dealer and couldn't get his money back so he went around the area telling me people that the other guy drug is no good making him lose business. The dealer went on judge Pirro and sued the guy for defamation of character and won the case! got rewarded $2000. you work hard to get degree and build up your career and someone trying to take that away from you. i would definitely open up a case and let co-worker know who's boss!

Should i still get my prerequisite?
thanks everyone for your support! yeah i might aswell go all in! even though i might be a couple years behind everyone around my age, but at the end of the day it all it's whats best for me! oooh back than i wish i wasn't such a rebel! never thought i would need a good education or having thoughts about getting married. for some reason it came back and bit me in the a*s when i hangout with my buddies they ALL talk about college/university and how their doing and here i am listening and talking about my part-time job. i just don't fit in anymore... its a weird feeling.. an embarrass feeling... i can't really explain:( as for marriage, i am never that type of guy ever!!! but recently i have been thinking about it. I start to think about my loneliness and what will happen in the future, those types of thoughts.. i will be 28 when i graduate... no time to go out dates because i am probably busy working around the clock, all the years will fly by next thing you know i am 35 without a gf, even if i do find someone my chances are slim its the truth right? or am i thinking too far ahead

Should i still get my prerequisite?
#1 fan hahha YMCMB 4 life! your right i might as well finish what i started:) but the thought of everyone around my age being 4 years of ahead gets to me really bad.. i feel so left out and depress. i should have started college or university back in the day but i was a rebel back then, always up to no good and didn't care much about school. i am paying the price for it everyday.. 4 years wasted doing nothing! sadly i am still at my parents lol! as for a FT job i was thinking retail, just working my a** off for 6 years straight atleast there money coming in... but that's my plan B if i don't get all the courses done in time.
