Hello everyone :) I'm new to this site so I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong area. I'm a fairly new nurse. I graduated May 2011 and took my NCLEX in September. I recently moved to another state unexpectedly and had only worked a couple of months as a nurse in a Rehab/LTC. I would love to find a job in a hospital because I feel like I need the experience. However, it's very hard to find a RN job in the state I moved to seeing as most hospitals prefer to hire nurses that have a BSN. Since I don't have much experience, I would LOVE any feedback on my resume. It's a mess right now and I feel like giving up What should I change?
