  1. I know someone had asked earlier.. but I was also waitlisted and found out that approx 70 people were waitlisted for the august intake! hope that helps, i know its not the best number to hear
  2. oh okay, sorry to hear that. I guess I will keep checking until I know for sure then (also my first time applying). yeah thats what i'm hoping for now too. hope for january!
  3. Also, definitely apply again ! I am planning on that as well if it doesnt work out. Lots of people seem to get shortlisted the second or third time around
  4. Hey vana_ and others, Did your status on mybcit actually change/receive anything? I am wondering because mine continues to say "pending department review" and have still not received anything. I had asked my advisor a question early in march and did not receive a reply until this past monday where i was also told the "department is completing their review this week". After seeing here that some got shortlisted and some got a rejection (?) I am wondering whats up. Anyways just trying to figure out if receiving nothing is the rejection basically. Thanks
