  1. Yes it does say delivery successful! I've checked a few times now because I don't believe it! I feel better, but won't feel great until I get the quick results Monday! And I did try to eat a good breakfast like you said
  2. Well I left the exam feeling like a complete failure. 99 questions that were almost all alternate format! I felt like I didn't know anything!! I went to my car, tried to re register and got "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam please contact your member board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time." So I am thinking I passed?!
  3. Well it's in 12 hours now, I feel like I am having an anxiety attack! I feel like I studied so much (literally around 5000 questions), and still don't know anything! I am hoping for positive results tomorrow...
  4. Melly0104- congratulations! I hope i get the same news! I am just unsure because I didn't actually do the Kaplan program, just the strategy book of theirs and the qtrainers I found through google, so I am hoping they are the same ones that are in the current kaplan program. I also did not have access to the q bank!
  5. I didn't purchase the kaplan program. I only did the strategy book and online q trainers. For #6 I got a 75% and #7 was a 70%
  6. I am getting ready to take my NCLEX RN tomorrow and am extremely nervous. Any last minute tips? For preparation so far I have used: Saunders, Kaplan Strategy Book, PDA, and NCSBN.
  7. I'm getting so anxious about my exam, I might even take it a day earlier then planned because I don't think I can stress anymore!
  8. Thanks for everyone's input! It makes me feel better about not purchasing Kaplan. I have been really stressing out about taking the NCLEX, and have answered close to 5000 questions now, which is making me crazy! I have heard from others that Kaplan question trainers 6 & 7 are similar to the NCLEX style questions, and that getting above a 60% is good. I just finished QT 7 tonight with a 70%, and did QT 6 yesterday with a 75%. These scores are based off the online QTrainers though, so I am not sure if they are the exact QTrainers that Kaplan offers. I also did Kaplan's 180 question test from the CD at the back of the book and got a 70%. I just don't feel prepared!
  9. I was just wondering if anyone has recently taken the new NCLEX without the Kaplan program? I am getting ready to take my NCLEX RN in 4 days and am really nervous. I opted not to purchase the Kaplan program, but have been using: Kaplan strategy book, Kaplan online Qtrainers, Saunders book, Lachrity PDA, and the NCSBN program. Has anyone here used a combination of these resources and been successful?
  10. I saw in your original post that you used the NCSBN program. Did you find these questions helpful? I test in 8 days and just started NCSBN.
  11. Thank you for the information. I am completing all of the questions from the PDA book now, and I also chose to purchase NCSBN. @Ladyfree28- did you do all the questions from NCSBN?
  12. Ok! I am just so nervous! I feel like I have been doing so many questions, but I don't know which of my resources will be the most helpful. As for the Q Trainers, I just googled them and it was the first link that popped up!
  13. I graduated from college two weeks ago, and I am preparing to take my NCLEX-RN in 10 days. I have been studying everyday for about 2-3 hours, trying to do around 150 questions a day. The resources I have been using include: Saunder's (yellow book), Kaplan Strategies and Review Book 2012-2013, and PDA by Lachrity. I chose not to do the Kaplan course because I figured I had enough resources to use at home, but I have been using the Q Trainers that are available online. Through the online Q Trainers, my scores so far have been: QT1- 72% QT2-74% QT3- 66% QT4- 68% We were also required to take an exit Hesi through school our last semester, which I scored a 997 on. I am starting to get really nervous thinking that I am not prepared enough, and have been thinking about possibly purchasing NCSBN for my last week of studying, but I don't want to waste money. Do you think the NCSBN program is really worth it? Or will I be fine with my scores and resources I am currently using? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
