Medical Mission advice
I have traveled with IMR several times. They are a very reputable organization. They are bit pricey but you will be taken care of. I have done luxury tips and camping trips with them and had positive experience. I frequently tell people new to mission to start with IMR, then get braver and take on bigger experiences. I have done full time missions and am in the process of trying to return to Guatemala. Hope this helps.

Looking for Online DNP program in global health
I love mission work, have been out of the country for last 4 years. Am working in the states for next couple of years and thought I would get my DNP. The problem is I want an online program with a focus on global health, missions or something on this line. Anyone know of such a program. My friend found an on campus program but this won't work for me. I am a FNP so not a bridge program. Thanks for any info.

Need info about San Joaquin General
Hi ya'll, I've have been working in Honduras as a missionary nurse for the last 2 years. I am returning to the states in August. I want to take a 4 week assignment in CA to earn some money for a move to Hawaii. Anyhow, I have found a company that will work with me on this and have a standing contract at San Joaquin General. Anyone know anything about their ER? With a standing contract it makes me leery, but the recruiter says many travels extend there. Need info. God bless

asn-msn programs
Hi ya'll, I am a missionary nurse in Honduras. My husband, who is the Navy is being transferred to Wahiawa. (Long story about him on a boat and me in Honduras, not a bad one just long). Anyhow, I am not thrilled but can make the best of a move to Hawaii, but need information to make this change. I have 1 daughter who I homeschool and would like to dual enroll in a community college, one local Honduran girl (19) that I will need to enroll in adult high and her 4 year old who will be in kindergarden -but only speaks spanish. I am thinking about enrolling in a NP program, so I can do more when I return to the mission field. But they seem to be rather scarce. Maybe I am just no asking the search engine the right question. Can any of you help me out with this and maybe some info on jobs. Most my background is ER, but I am kinda the catch all here, emergencies, x-ray tech, dental assistant, wound care nurse, carpenter, etc. Thanks and God bless.
