Hello all! I just attended the cleveland clinic's nursing now event last week and was offered a job!! I am currently finishing up nursing school in georgia and am very unfamiliar with the area. I will be moving to Cleveland after I graduate in May, and I was wondering if anyone had any advice about where to live, safe areas, where other young employees live, etc.. I'm a 24 year old single female, so I'm starting to get nervous about the big move! I just want to make sure I find a safe, fun area to live. Thanks!

I just got an email from mayo saying that I wasn't selected for the New Grad- Critical Care program. Nothing about the med/surg one yet.. :/

Congrats! And thanks for the info, I've still got my fingers crossed, but I'm guessing that since my application status still hasn't changed, this isn't a good sign. haha. oh well, maybe tomorrow?

Congrats! My application status still just says "application received". Did you apply to the critical care or the med surg new grad program?

Hi, I applied to the Arizona Mayo New Grad program on March 1 when the application opened, and I was wondering if anyone has heard back yet?! It's been 3 weeks today, I would love to work at Mayo, so I'm constantly checking my application status. Mine hasn't changed, still just says "application received". Anyone else have anything different to report? Thanks and good luck!
