Hey everyone, I am a upcoming BSN new grad that will be graduating in May. I recently received two offers from OLOL. One is a regular RN on a Medical Telemetry floor or to do their Nurse Residency Program. I was wondering if anyone has done the program and if you could tell me what it was like, what you liked or didn't like about the program. Also, anyone that works at OLOL how is the working conditions there as a RN? Thanks in advance

Hello Everyone, I will be graduating with my BSN in May 2014(kind of far away I know) but I have a few questions. I am trying to start my search early and make sure that I am doing everything early enough so my job search could be a little easier. I was wondering if anyone had any advice of things I could or need to be doing now while I am still in school. Also, I have been reading alot about New Grad Programs, how are they different than regular new grad jobs and are the better than regular new grad jobs? I am just trying to make sure that my foundation is strong. Thanks for everything.

Hello Everyone, I recently got accepted into The University of Southern Mississippi (USM) Nursing School and I will be beginning in the Fall, 2012. I was wondering if you could offer me some advice on what to expect in nursing school, some books that will help me adjust to nursing school, and just some basic tips on just how to survive it.
