I was recently terminated from my job due to suspicion of diversion. I refused to take a drug test and was terminated. I just got a letter from the Florida board of nursing stating they are investigating. Can they take away my license because of this? I was not impaired I was flagged by the pharmacy due to high amounts of narcotics being given

I am currently licensed in NY and have been in recovery for 3 years. I surrendered my license due to diversion 3 years ago and completed all the requirements(2 year monitoring program with PAP). I have been discharged from PAP and have not had any disiplinary action. I am making a move to Florida and applying for license by endorsement. The application asks if you have surrendered in the past 5 years. I am hesitant to answer yes because I don't want it to affect my application. By the state of ny I have completed everything. What do I do? If I answer no, what can happen?
