Pt had a stage IV decubitus ulcer.. Impaired tissue integrity R/T prolonged pressure as evidenced by 3.5 inch stage IV decubitus ulcer on patient's sacrum. I am mainly concerned about the as evidenced part since I said "decubitus ulcer." Should I rephrase it or find something else as my s/s? Thank you in advance for any advice.

I will probably start out with at least 3 pair. I don't want to end up wearing scrubs twice because I don't get time to wash.

Did you ever apply for the program? An advisor can't keep you from applying and really they can't guarantee that you would't get in. Where are u in school now? Good luck in your studies

I would think every application would have at least the min gpa and other criteria, but it's possible others still submit packets.

I called the Health Sciences office and they said interviews will be sometime in April.

I am so tired of waiting already! I am trying to resist the urge to call the office to see if they know when letter will go out

I applied for the ADN program as well. My NLN was 89...compass 98 writing and 89 reading.. GPA is 4.0.. I am nervous and stressed a little about getting in because I have a 9 month old baby. I have heard they don't like accepting student who have kids. I'm not sure the source was reliable though
