    I am looking for information about how endorsement works in Florida for a licensed nurse moving from Puerto Rico to Florida. I understand that one of the requirement is that worked in Puerto Rico for three years as a nurse. Do you still have to take the NCLEX? Is the endorsement as a reciprocity? Thanks
