  1. Health insurance for family while traveling

    My husband and I are considering travel nursing again. We did it from 2005-2007 and had a great time. We want to set out again, but this time we have a three year old daughter who will be with us. My husband is planning on staying at home with her, so daycare won't be an issue. But I'm not sure what to do for health insurance. My company (Cross Country Trav Corp) is really expensive for family plans and not that great. I was thinking about signing up for short term health insurance for the family and using our tax home as the address. But I'm not sure if there will be a problem down the road when we have to find a doctor in a different state. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice on what they have done for insurance? Thanks in advance!
