Thanks a lot for the response, I am so sad.. I'm losing hope.. I want that job so bad.. I sent a thank you e-mail to the manager the day after my job shadow that's why I feel like I don't want to disturb her anymore even though I did not get a response from her. I e-mailed last day the hr dept and haven't receive any e-mail from them too. I am just so sad and I don't know what to do.. I feel like I need to move on.. I really want that job, I tried my best to be good in my job shadow and felt like my interview went well.. I'm still scared though that maybe I still did not do great..

I had a job shadow in a big hospital here in dayton. After 4 hours of shadowing, The manager asked me if I liked their dept. I said I loved it, I enjoyed it and also I learned a lot from the staff nurse that I shadow with. She said, ''Good'' and then I asked if I still need to go back to her office and she said just wait for the call of hr. but it's been 11 days since that day and no calls yet from hr. I e-mailed them last day but they did not reply. Please give me some suggestions or advice if I still hope they are gonna offer me the job.
