With regards to state of California, do i still need to take the NCLEX again? They gave me a letter notification last Nov 2006 that I passed NCLEX and it states that within 3 years I haven't passed my SSN, my files will be abandoned. And now I am planning to apply to state of Colorado to have an active license but they told me that they need the CA BON to pass my NCLEX results to their office. My worries is that I think my files are already gone. That is why I want to know if I still need to take another NCLEX exam. Please advise. Thank you

I passed my NCLEX last November 2006 ( California state) and up to now I still haven't got my active license because I don't have a SSN so meaning to say, my files are already abandoned. And now my Visa Screen Certificate will expire this coming May 1, 2012. What is the best way to do? I have a lot of questions on my mind like, do I still need to take the NCLEX again? And will I take another IELTS? Lastly, is it ok to renew my visa screen certificate again? I am stuck in the Philippines for so long already and up to now there is still a retrogression. Hi Suzanne, I have some queries. I'm also planning to apply for an endorsement to CO but the problem is I haven't gotten my license because I don't have a SSN because I'm a foreign nurse. I'm CA NCLEX passer and already have a visa screen certificate which will expire this May 2012. DO you know how long will the process be if I apply to CO and are there any requirements like I can use my Visa Screen there? Hope to hear from your reply. Thank you

Hi! I would just like to know what is the difference between having a Credential Evaluation Service(CES) and Visa Screen Certificate? I am also a CA NCLEX passer since Nov 2006 and already have a Visa Screen Certificate that will expire this coming May 2012. I'm planning to apply for an endorsement either in Texas, Colorado or Vermont. But I'm still confused of how to apply and what is the best state to apply. Lastly, I'm running out of time and I want to apply ASAP and have an active ID license before my Visa Screen Certificate expires. Please advise. Thank you

Addendum...Will I still get a Vermont CES eventhough I already have a visa screen certificate? Although it will expire this coming May 2012. Thanks

Hi everyone! Im a filipino nurse stuck up here in the Philippines. I passed my NCLEX last Nov 2006. My visa screen will expire this coming May 2012. Im planning to apply for an endorsement in any state so that I can get an active ID license which I can also use for my future job here in the Philippines. Can someone help me to which state is the fastest to apply for an endorsement before my visa screen will expire? I'm running out of time I hope someone will help me with this. Thanks!
