  1. Fundamentals of Nursing - Application Questions

    Can anyone offer suggestions on how to prepare for answering application based questions on Fundamentals? This is the first class I have taken with this style question and I don't know how to prepare. I took an exam yesterday and felt prepared going in but the high score for the class was a 72 (I'm currently carrying a 4.0, so this is unacceptable). Clearly none of the students prepared properly and the instructor was not overly sympathetic nor helpful. The class text is by Potter and Perry. The end of the chapter questions are NCLEX-style questions but I need to find a source for other questions to drill myself on. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
