  1. Can the board really make me take 2 classes here in the states if I failed 5 times?

    I'm not 100% sure why the board in CA is making me take classes again here in CA. It has been 5 years since I graduated in the PI. I also tried and failed the NCLEX-RN 5 times. I'm still working on my immigration but wanted to know if this is legitimate or if I"m just being bullied around? Anyone have them do this to you?
