  1. Shadowing a nurse?

    Hi. I am new to this forum. I am considering nursing as a career but I don't want to get into anything without having an idea what a nurse does (detailed) day to day. I was wondering if anyone knew of any way to shadow a nurse in Los angeles? I was hoping to shadow a nurses in the ICU or CRNA or pretty much anything else. I have tried applying for volunteer positions at hospitals but the exposure isnt that great. Also I am willing to commute a little further out if it is needed Thanks!!!
