  1. I got in!!!! So happy I cried :) can't wait to meet my fellow classmates!
  2. Congrats by the way
  3. So was it a letter or a packet?
  4. So it seems maybe there was an issue at the post office. I haven't heard good things about the post office lately so we will all just have to wait it out. Hope for news tomorrow!
  5. I'm sorry Samiam. And thank you for the support.@marta maybe you will know before we do if you don't have to rely on the post office :) hopefully it will be good news!
  6. So did no one hear today??
  7. I think there is, but it is going to be hard to be on it... If someone feels crunched for time when normally accepted, I don't know how you get everything done if you have to wait until everyone gives their answers to UF.
  8. This thread has a lot less people than yesterday. Anyone else heard or not heard anything?
  9. My mail came as well today and still no letter. How could it take a week to go two miles?
  10. So I guess we might be looking at another day of waiting... Where do you live Marta?
  11. Has anyone found out yet whether the acceptance letters are letters or packets?
  12. I don't really understand why they are having you do this after the letters are out... You must be accepted or else what is the point? It seems strange you weren't contacted about this earlier...
  13. I'm sorry vtn2b. Good luck with your petition.
  14. I agree that this makes waiting easier. I am so thankful that I found this site. To me we already feel like a group supporting each other. I can't imagine how great it would be to have you all as my classmates :)
  15. @gatorlove your post made me nervous so I had my boyfriend check the mail again :) we have a separate box for large envelopes but nothing in either. Do you know if all are letters or if acceptance means a giant folder?
  16. Congrats Poodle!!! That's wonderful.
  17. Wish I could but I work until 10... At this point I almost wish I didn't know they went out on Friday. If it is going to take a week of thinking the letter will come, I'd rather be in the dark...
  18. Mail came... NO LETTER! UGH! I am seriously going to have an ulcer by the end of this week. Waiting game is the worst! Hope others get better news, but I live 2 miles from the school so I doubt it...
  19. Good luck to you in your program. I saw you are also considering the midwifery track. That is one of the main reasons I applied to UF. Let me know how you like your program :) my email is [email protected]
  20. To my knowledge the last info we had from Ken himself was that we would hear by today... But the letters being sent on Friday was from someone in the office I believe.
  21. My boyfriend just called. Said we got mail, but no letter today. I live in Gainesville so it looks like Tuesday...
  22. Knowing that, everyone who has to make decisions by Monday has my deepest sympathy. I am stressing enough without that added burden. Good luck to you all!
  23. No you definitely aren't. It is so nice to have the support of so many people on here though! I hope that we will all be together in class soon :)
  24. I live in Gainesville too and didn't get anything. If the letters didn't go out until today like the office said I am going to assume Monday or Tuesday for Floridians... Hopefully this will ease my stress tomorrow at the mailbox, but probably not! :)
