  1. What is the name of the fb group? I couldn't find it. THANKS!!!
  2. I was wondering that as well, but I noticed it requires a one year booster and maybe they want that done before nursing school? Just guessing.
  3. Lesson learned=get your immunizations completed now! I contacted the school about not having my 3rd in the Hep B series in time and they said I could not enroll. Strict rule. I'd have to reapply for the next term! Fortunately I spoke with my Dr's office and the school and we determined my 3rd shot for Hep B is not September, it's July--so I can still go. I was SO stressed out for a couple of hours today while we were working it out.
  4. Does anyone know when the semester officially begins? Looks like we have mandatory orientation Aug. 27-29. I will not be able to finish my 3rd Hep B until Sept 5th. I'm wondering what will happen with me and registration since you can't register until you have everything done. So excited! Heather
  5. Got accepted!!! I am THRILLED!!! I know this is bad, but I'm not sure what my pre-req GPA turned out to be when all was said and done, but I generally got A's and maybe one or two B's. I think my TEAS score was 84. I have been out of school for almost 10 years, so I am a little rusty. I can't wait to meet everyone in the Fall and get started. Congrats to everyone accepted so far.
  6. Yes, my supplemental application came from Brandy Allred. My guess is that all qualified applicants probably got one. I still can't shake these nerves...Hopefully things will be settled in March despite the late mailing of the supplemental applications. I was wondering if we need to get our immunizations squared away even if we don't know if we are accepted. Particularly since Hep B is a six month course.
  7. Hi all! I emailed today and now I'm nervous! The reply said they've had a record number of applicants for Fall 2012, so it is taking longer than expected to get the supplemental application, but they said it should be this week. Good luck!
