  1. Advice for pre-nursing school studying/reading

    I plan to start school at the begining of next year. I was just wondering if there are any good books, articles, etc. that I can read/study now to give me a head start. Thanks in advance.

    I live in VA but there are only a few schools in the area and all have a huge waiting list for the Nursing programs. I am able to and will move just about anywhere to get into school without waiting 2+years. Also are there any hospitals that I can work for and go to school at the same time with them paying for my tuition with a contract. I've heard of this but don't know what hospitals actually do it. Tuition really isnt a problem and neither is moving across country if I have to. Any schools that are easy to get into without the waiting lists? Any hospital based programs? Thanks for any info.
