for now, i'm planning to take LVN and maybe later move to another state or take nursing classes. they said that if you take NCLEX-RN in another state, and apply reciprocity here,still the same process for us applying right now.they will go through you requirements.it's either you move to another state, be an RN and stay there or,if you really want to be here in CA, you need to take nursing classes for your deficiencies..goodluck:)

Talked to my analyst this afternoon. I asked her if there's anything the school can do or write a letter about it but my analyst said that it's impossible coz the problem is the concurrency and that she suggested to take nclex-rn in other states or take the LVN. I know that it would take time,money and effort but we have to. You just can't get easily what you want. Good luck everyone and God Bless;)

applied for NCLEX-RN april 2011 and received more and more requirements until the school has sent their last requests regarding these clinical rotations,calendar,class shedules from 1st to 4th yr,student's handbook,etc..and just last week i received a rejection letter.i still don't get it why we're not eligible knowing that others made it..it's really frustating.my two other friends from sam eschool is going through the same situation as well as their friends,should we complain about this?just asking though :)

hi just received a rejection letter..im a greencard holder but graduated in phil..i don't hold a lic..planning to take lvn or move to other states but have to contact bvnpt first for some info :)

what school did you graduate?i'm also a permanent resident since 2005, but went home to the PHIL to study nursing..I applied for NCLEX-RN here in cali just last april of 2011 and just received a rejection letter from BRN. They said that some courses like OB and MS doesn't meet the standards and so they suggested that i need to take these classes,same thing happened to people i know and some of my friends.I suggest not to pass application first and make some research so that your money won't go into waste after waiting for months or year...Good Luck :)
