    Hey there, Congrats on the new job! I used to work on a very similar floor and LOVED it! I am excited for you. If you are looking to study prior to your start date I would suggest reviewing your cardiac rhythms and interventions for arrhythmias, NIH stroke scale, seizure precautions and drugs, CHF, Angina VS MI, cardiac drugs (beta blockers, ace-inhibitors, calcium channel blockers, anti-arrhythmic), electrolyte imbalances that may induce neurologic and cardiac issues and general cardiac and neuro assessment skills.   2. vasovagal post sheath removal

    The vagus nerve runs near the sheath removal site. When you hold pressure on the sheath site you may stimulate the vagus nerve ad illicit a vasovagal response.
