  1. ERES vs CGFNS

    hi everyone, i am a registered nurse in the Philippines, I applied for eligibility to take NCLEX at the Texas Board of Nursing last July 2012, my Transcript was evaluated by the ERES because the Texas BON accepts evaluation from 3 evaluating services.. I just recently got engaged to a guy from New York and i am planning to pursue my application in the NYBON, i heard that they only accept evaluation from CGFNS, is this true? please give me some insights. Thank you.

    I am coming to United States next month, and i am planning to take my NCLEX at Texas Board of Nursing but i need to have a social security number to take it. i got my degree in the Philippines. is there any state i can take my NCLEX to without having a social security number?
