I definitely will, I'm sure you will find that dream job looking after all those little babies, maybe I'll be delivering them one day!! Already sent my application for registration and forwarded my resume to the local University Hosp, and some other RN positions.

Hi Still waiting in London, I feel physically sick, I really believed it would come today. It is so unfair we cannot check on line, so unfair, looks like I will keep feeling sick for another 24 hours. I could cry I am so fustrated with this whole process, so fustrated.

Just to put the record straight I hold a current nurse and Midwife licence in 4 different countries for the last 20 years. I am saddened to see an administrator write such a response.

I agree with Fiona, there was no need for this reply to her e-mail @janfrn. We are all professionals and understand how these organisations work. Lets be supportive, as for some of us the mail will not bring the answer we want, and we will be back here again in 4 months.

Not surprised, why is it so hard to say when they will be mailed, especially when they know that RNs from other Provinces have received their as early as 6 days ago. Waiting is my new adopted name, I wonder why. Lets hope when they do mail them they get to us in a timely manner whatever the news, fingers crossed! No not going to games, family wedding in Ireland and husband's family reunion in Belgium.

Hi Faithful Well I have my resume ready just hoping I can fill in the blank space - passes crne. There are jobs out there, I will probably look at OB since I also am a midwife, so fingers crossed as there will be a lot of new RNs. I did get CNO to send me an application to resit CRNE in Oct incase I do not get my results before we leave for Europe on 21 July to 4 Aug, cut off is 23 July I think. How about you, where do you live? Olga

Hi Faithful I agree with your opinion of nurse2canada, it was a total waste of money, more NCLEX orientated and the grammer was awful. Did you sit the exam June 6th, how would you rate it? I found it very different to practice questions and It took me the full 4 hours. Olga

I agree with what you all say about the exam. It was totally different to any of the prep exams I have done to include those offered by CNA. It had you really thinking outside the box in some of them, very little psych as we know from books, but more related to everyday events with a psych angle. I studied really hard and have done well on prep exams, but honestly I don't know about this one. It was really a concoction of ideas put into questions. When I left the exam if asked what was on the exam I would not and I still am not able to remember the questions. Lets hope they feel it was hard and that the pass mark reflects that. Some of the guys at my exam centre also left at the 2 hour mark

[h=3][color=#1122cc] orientation to canadian health care systems, culture and context[color=#1122cc] [/h][color=#1122cc] http://www.iehpcanada.utoronto.ca/ above is the link to the iehp course i did. the review course at care - www.care4nurse.org is also 10 weeks, twice a week for 4 hours is great. it is 475 dollars that includes membership at care and nao(student). it also allows you access to free "bridging programs" at local colleges. i don't need to do any bridging programs but i will sign up for some as they would be good refreshers. they also offer other courses, this month i am doing a "wound care" course. hope this helps olga

Hi I am also studying for the June 2012 exam, I will take it in London, Ontario. I'm studying Mosby CRNE review, and the new edition of Community Health Nursing in Canada, Canadian Fundamentals in Nursing - Potter and doing the CARE CRNE review course here in London. I also did the IEHP course through the ACCESS center - online course, which helped. Faithful did I meet you on line at the "Campbell Cohen forum", if so you can see I got my eligibility for CRNE last friday after 10 months. Olga
