I currently work PRN for Parallon Workforce. I believe they do require 2 years experience before starting. They started me @ $43/hr with $2 shift diff because I work nights, and I have been a nurse for almost 3 years. I find it easy to get shifts at this time. Just remember that if you are an agency nurse, they are usually the first to cancel and/or get sent home and/or float if census is low. I recommend Parallon if they suite your needs as far as where you want to be staffed at. They staff HCA hospitals and use Meditech computer charting. I, personally, don't like Meditech, but it's all in what you're used to. Hope this helped. Good luck and happy searching
