  3. ear7, did you decide which school are u gonna attend?
  4. I know what u are saying about the intensity, Im finishing my bachelors in biology this summer, just before starting the nursing program. So far from what Ive seen, biology is one of the most intense majors and a lot of universities make it even harder cause a lot of the studing are in the medical route!. try to have as much experince as u can get and be prepare for the interview!, I think thats the most important part of the entire application!
  5. Cromantic: I havent gotten anything yet, may be cuase I am a little bit farther than u... Can u tell me how much is the total cost and if u got any finantial aid... Nonnahs917: did u got accepted?? my stats.. General GPA 3.6. Pre-Rq GPA 3.7. I have a lot of experience in the nursing field, been an LPN since 2011, plus my Nursing school that had tons of clinicals time!! hope that helps and I see that somebody is not gonna attend anymore, so good luck!!!!
  6. I haven't received my letter yet, once I get it ill let u know. Congrats to u too 9ftMidget, looking forward to meet u in Sept. Where are the rest of the people that got accepted????

  8. I just called and ..... told me I was ACCEPTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, hope to hear from u guys soon.... best of luck!!!
  9. they told me that once accepted we are gonna hear by phone. I also guess that by mail too. hope that helps!!!
  10. what I was told in the interview is that this year they are interviewing close to 240 people and will select 60. which is the same chance 25%, just different numbers.... cant wait to next week since UR is my first option.
  11. yes they said that the results should be by the first week of June. I think that u are in the last round of interviews. the face to face was really good, I preferred the face to face that's why I went up there from Miami. just be your self and be sure to let them know that this is what u want and that u are prepare for it. I was there for 1 and 1/2 hrs, but most of the time was talking about the program and nursing in general. I've been in the nursing field since 2009 and been practicing for a year, so some of my questions were more like job interview ones. the staff there is amazing and the person that interviewed me was very polite and SMART!!. Good luck!!!!
  12. Hello to everybody: I just had my interview. It went really well. got the feeling that im gonna be accepted!!!. if there is anyone that is here in town for interview ass well and wanna meet up, let me know, im leaving tomorrow!!!. next week is gonna be the last one for interviews, then we have to wait until the first week of june. GOOD LUCK
  13. Serey, try to give them a call, maybe they can tell you earlier, but definitely this year they are a little bit behind. From old post u can tell that by this time they were finishing interviews and the results were being released by middle May. I'm having my interview in person!!,I wanted to see the school and the city, so I rather go up there!! I'm glad they prefer having in-person interviews. Hopefully we all get in!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. I think u have a good chance to enter to Rochester too. and well both of them are pretty expensive. remember that the 80k 100k debt could be including living expenses, which they are really high in NYC. Is Rochester your first option?
  15. Con congratulation to all of you that have been accepted!!! Can u post your stats please? thanks!!!
